Black raisins, also known as “Kari drakh,” have come to play a crucial part in the dried fruit industry. These chewy, dark-coloured treats are a favourite of people of all ages and are used as either a chocolate production component or in baked goods. Additionally, they provide relief from conditions including constipation and acidity. Sultana raisins are dark brown raisins. The greatest seedless grapes go into the making of Dark Brown. All raisins are washed and sorted twice, dipped in edible oil, and then dried to get the necessary quality.
